Hybrid Servo Liquid Filling Line - 35BPM

This is one of our complete filling lines. This filling machine fills up to 35 bottles per minute, is customizable to produce more than 35bpm, and has a conveyer belt with a maximum width of 7 inches. In addition, this line includes a customizable turntable that can operate from 5 bottles per minute to 65 bottles per minute. We have two top classifiers; one is for bottles that have a plug inside, and the second classifier is to put the screw on or press on lids on the containers. Both classifiers come with machines to plug the bottle and screw or press the top on the bottle or container. The last machine is the label applying machine that can do up to 65 items per second and at the end is the collection table, where the final product is delivered after the entire process is complete.
